FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
We are a full service management company and have been managing property in the Victor Valley since 1982.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
1. Screen potential tenants for credit history, evictions, employment history and prior rental history.
2. Rent collection within 3 days of due date or the serving of a 3-Day Notice To Pay Or Quit.
3. All contracts are Department of Real Estate and Californian Association of Realtors approved.
4. Schedule and supervise normal maintenance and repairs of property.
5. Submit applications to owners for approval.
6. 24-hour emergency hot line for repairs.
FEE SCHEDULE:
Tenant Placement Only
6% of total lease
Monthly management with tenant placement
50% of the first months rent
10% of gross monthly rent.
