Rental Process




Check our rental listings on this website, or if you prefer, you can come by our office at 15545 Bear Valley Road, Hesperia, and pick up a copy of both documents. 

Note:  Even if our office is closed for the day, you can pick up rental lists and applications from the flyer boxes outside of our front door.  Remember to come around to the back building, we are in located in Suite C.

Drive by the houses that you think you might be interested to narrow down your selections based on your needs.

Once you narrow down your choices to a couple that you want to see the inside of, call us at (760) 949-1417 and set an appointment.  At the time of the appointment, an agent will meet you at the property, show you the property, answer your questions and provide you with applications.


Once your applications are completely filled out, bring them in to our office Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.  Make sure you have your I.D. and Social Security Card and proof of income with you.  In addition, you will need to bring the $30.00 per adult (cash only, non-refundable) charge to run the credit checks.


Once you have completed the application process, it normally takes 2 to 3 business days to get back to you with the answer from the owner of the property as to whether they have accepted or declined your application.


If the owner of the property accepts your application, you will need to come in as soon as possible and pay (with cashier's check or money order only) the security deposit so that we can take the property off of our rental listing.  If the owner declines your application, you can let us know what (if any) other properties that you would like to have your application submitted for consideration.

The day prior to your move-in date, you will need to come in to our office between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and bring in the first month's rent (cashier's check or money order only), sign your rental agreement and pick up your keys, remotes, mail box key, copy of CC&R's, or anything else that applies to your specific rental property.
